Certification Courses

This section applies to all NATYA Yoga certification tracks offered by RASOHAM Academy — Body Alignment Coach, Breathwork Coach, Mind Mastery Coach, Integrated Wellness Coach, Master Coach — and to the NATYATHON programme.

14-Day Refund Window You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your enrolment within 14 calendar days of the official course start date. No questions asked.

Cancellation by you — within 14 days:

  • Submit your cancellation request in writing to academy@rasoham.org within 14 calendar days of the course start date
  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of the confirmed cancellation
  • The 14-day window is counted from the date the course officially begins, regardless of the date of your enrolment or payment

Cancellation by you — after 14 days:

  • After the 14-day window has closed, the course fee is non-refundable as a general rule
  • Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of RASOHAM Academy in cases of serious personal medical emergencies or other documented exceptional circumstances
  • To request an exception, write to academy@rasoham.org with relevant supporting documentation. RASOHAM Academy will review the request and communicate a decision within 10 working days
  • The decision of RASOHAM Academy in all such matters is final
Please Note Partial completion of a course does not entitle a student to a proportional refund. If a refund exception is approved after the 14-day window, the amount refunded is at the discretion of RASOHAM Academy.

Workshops

This section applies to all standalone workshops offered by RASOHAM Academy — including single-day, weekend, and short-duration intensive workshops in dance, arts, wellness, and related disciplines.

Non-Refundable All workshop fees are strictly non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed. This applies regardless of attendance, personal circumstances, or the number of sessions completed.
  • Workshop fees are collected to secure your seat and cover programme costs that are committed in advance
  • If you are unable to attend a workshop you have enrolled for, your seat cannot be transferred to another individual or held over for a future workshop
  • No partial refunds are offered for workshops attended in part

We encourage you to confirm your availability before enrolling for a workshop. If you have specific concerns, write to us at academy@rasoham.org before completing your enrolment.

Ongoing Classes & Art & Wellness Sessions

This section applies to all ongoing, term-based, or batch classes offered by RASOHAM Academy — including Bharatanatyam classes, Tai Chi classes, and all Art & Wellness sessions.

Missed sessions:

  • If you miss a class or session, you may attend the next scheduled session of the same batch at no additional charge
  • Where batch schedules permit, a compensation class may be arranged at the discretion of the faculty
  • There is no notice period required to inform us of an absence, though we appreciate communication where possible

Refunds for classes:

  • Class fees are generally non-refundable
  • Refund requests will be considered only in exceptional circumstances — such as a prolonged medical condition, relocation, or other serious life events that make continued participation impossible
  • To request a refund, write to academy@rasoham.org with a brief explanation and any supporting documents where relevant
  • Each request is reviewed individually. The decision of RASOHAM Academy is final
  • Where a refund is approved, only the proportional fee for sessions not yet attended may be considered for refund, at RASOHAM Academy's discretion
Our Commitment We understand that life happens. Our make-up class and compensation session policy is designed so that a missed class never means a lost class. We encourage you to reach out to us directly before assuming a refund is your only option.

Cancellation by RASOHAM Academy

In the event that RASOHAM Academy cancels a course, workshop, or class due to unforeseen circumstances — including but not limited to insufficient enrolment, faculty unavailability, or force majeure events — the following applies:

  • Enrolled students will be notified promptly via email and/or phone
  • Students will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer of their enrolment to the next available batch or equivalent programme
  • Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation notice
  • RASOHAM Academy will not be liable for any consequential costs or losses arising from a programme cancellation

All approved refunds follow the process below.
