This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to our website, our online and in-person programmes, webinars, and any communication channels we operate.
By enrolling in any RASOHAM programme or using our website, you agree to the practices described here.

- Communicate with you about your programme — schedules, resources, updates, and support
- Process payments and issue receipts through our payment partner
- Personalise your learning experience based on your artistic background and goals
- Send programme-related emails, practice reminders, and content you have opted into

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Each of these platforms maintains its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review theirs if you have specific concerns. We work only with platforms that meet reasonable data protection standards, and we do not authorise them to use your data for their own marketing without your independent consent.
Session Recordings
Some live sessions — including online classes, workshops, and webinars — may be recorded for the purpose of:
- Providing replay access to enrolled students who could not attend live
- Quality review and faculty training
- Creating programme reference material
Where a session will be recorded, you will be informed at the start of the session. You have the option to turn off your camera if you prefer not to appear on recording. Audio participation may still be captured in group sessions.
Requests to have your image or voice removed from a specific recording should be sent to help@rasoham.org. We will respond within 15 working days and make reasonable efforts to honour the request.
Children & Minors
RASOHAM Academy welcomes young artists into our Creative Classrooms and short Art & Wellness sessions. We take the safety and privacy of children seriously and follow these specific practices:
- Regular classes (ongoing enrolment): A parent or guardian must sign a physical or digital consent letter before the child's first session. This consent covers data collection, recording, and programme participation.
- Workshops and short-duration sessions: Enrolment is completed directly by the parent or guardian, which serves as consent for the child's participation and the collection of relevant personal information.
- Communications: All official communication regarding a minor's programme is directed to the parent or guardian, not the child.
- Recordings: Sessions involving minors are stored with restricted access. They are never shared publicly without explicit parental consent in writing.
- Data collected: For minors, we collect the child's name, age, artistic background, and session data. We also hold the parent or guardian's contact information as the primary account holder.
If you believe a child has been enrolled or their data collected without proper parental consent, please contact us immediately at help@rasoham.org.
International Students
RASOHAM Academy has students from across the globe. Your personal data is processed and stored on servers that may be located in India or in the countries where our third-party platforms operate (such as the United States and the European Union).
By enrolling in any RASOHAM programme from outside India, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in India and the countries in which our service providers operate.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include password-protected access to student records, restricted sharing of recordings, and use of established platforms with their own security infrastructure.
However, no system is completely immune to risk. If you become aware of any security concern related to your data with us, please contact us immediately at help@rasoham.org.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required under applicable law.
